We’ll contact you to discuss your order, going over each and every cut we offer. This is an in-depth, personalized discussion where you get to customize your order as much as you want. There is a non-refundable deposit due once this step is completed.
Wait! Expect a three to four week turnaround time. Once we have completed processing your order, you will receive a final invoice with the remainder of your balance, and we schedule either pickup or delivery.

What to Expect…
Half (or Side)* of Beef averages 385 lbs. We charge $8.05/lb.
You will take home, on average, ~220 lbs of Beef.
There is also about 80 lbs. of bone per side of beef; we’re happy to box them up for your own homemade soups, stocks, and broths.
Ground Beef comprises roughly 35% of the beef you take home, which is well below the commercial processing average of 50%+. This means more steak nights for you!
Your order will be vacuum-sealed, fresh (i.e. not frozen), and ready for your own freezer.

I have butcherization in my blood, with my family owning a processing plant that’s been in business for over 120 years, Weber Meats in Cuba City, Wisconsin.
